DeDonato Welcome Group has been
acquiring and developing real estate projects for their own account and
performing site construction services on a contract basis for over thirty
years. Current and future projects include development of residential
building lots and retail, industrial and business park properties in the Puget
Sound Region. The Company also provides consulting services for landowners
and troubled asset management for financial institutions.
DeDonato and Welcome each have over 30 years experience in
the real estate business and have combined to develop over 1,500 residential
lots in the Puget Sound Region, as well as several commercial developments.
DeDonato’s background began in the mortgage banking business
in 1976 and continued through 1988, during which time he was responsible for
over $200 million in construction and permanent loans on single family,
apartment, retail, office, hotel and industrial properties throughout the West
Coast. This experience was used in the subsequent development

Snohomish, Pierce & Maui Counties as principal in various entities
and the development of commercial properties in Kirkland and Monroe,
Washington.
Bob Welcome is the third of four Welcome generations in the
road, highway and bridge construction business. His background began in
this field in 1966 and continues to this date, during which time he
has been founding partner of several companies involved in road and site
construction, mining and real estate development. This

residential and commercial master planned community in Monroe,
Washington. Welcome founded RRJ Company, Inc. with his two
sons in 2000, which has performed utility and site work for over 30 construction
jobs in Western Washington, including the bulk of projects developed with
DeDonato.
