NORTHWESTLOTS.COM was created as a source for consolidated information on projects developed by entities comprised by Thomas J. DeDonato & Robert R. Welcome, as well as the DeDonato Welcome Group, which was formed to provide consulting and resolution services to banks for their real estate portfolios.  Current and future projects include residential lots currently under development and for sale, as well as residential and commercial properties either in the permit process or held for investment.  This site includes information, photos and/or maps on all of these projects, including specific contacts and links for each project as appropriate, as well as background information and project history on the principals.
